At Note Servicing Center you supply us with only a "copy" of the Note. If you need or want custodial services of the note - there is no charge for this service.

CUSTODIAL SERVICE We do NOT need the original note to commence servicing - a copy will do. BUT, if you need custodial service for your note and Trust Deed, we provide this at no extra cost to you.

Some Banks offer collection and depositing of your note as a customer service, but do not provide aggressive collection service, send late notices, provide statements or annual reporting or payment history. No audit trail is available and no Federal Reporting is provided for you. At NOTE SERVICING CENTER WE DO IT ALL!!
